(Beaverton, OR)  --  A man is charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a gun into the floor during an argument at his apartment near Beaverton.  Washington County prosecutors arraigned Barry Carlson Tuesday on one count of attempted murder and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.  Police responded to the apartment near Old Quarry Road and Northwest 119th Avenue on September 12th after the Carlson's roommate ran out into the street looking for help.  The roommate told police that Carlson fired several shots into the floor while they were arguing.  No one was struck by the gunfire.
