(Portland, OR)  --  A teenage boy is facing charges in connection to a string of robberies at a convenience store in Milwaukie.  Police arrested a 16-year-old boy yesterday morning after receiving a public tip.  He's being charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree robbery and second-degree theft in connection to three separate incidents at Vista Market.
