(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted felon is back behind bars after allegedly firing a stolen gun in southeast Portland.  Police say 42-year-old Israel Elliott shot the gun Sunday night in a neighborhood on Southeast Main Street.  He then allegedly hid the gun behind a rock and fled the scene.  Police arrested him when he returned to the scene later that night.  No one was injured in the shooting.
