(Happy Valley, OR)  --  A Happy Valley woman is accused of illegally selling shark fins.  The Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife division says 52-year-old Agnes Yu has been selling dried shark fins from Wing Ming Herbs on Southeast 82nd Avenue.  She's facing a misdemeanor charge of unlawful selling and distributing shark fin.
