(Silverton, OR)  --  A 16-year-old girl is dead and another 16-year-old girl is injured following a crash near Silverton.  Oregon State Police say the teen was driving an SUV on Highway 214 with the other teen in the passenger seat Saturday night when the vehicle veered off the roadway and rolled.  The driver was killed, while the passenger suffered serious injuries.  Police believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.
