(Newport, OR)  --  Authorities say they've recovered the body of a Clackamas man who went missing while sailing off the Oregon coast.  The U.S. Coast Guard found the body of 58-year-old Hoang Minh Tran in the Pacific ocean Tuesday morning along with the apparent wreckage of his boat.  Tran was reported missing after failing to return from a sailing trip over the weekend.
