Police Release New Details In Smith Tower Shooting

(Vancouver, WA)  --  New details are coming to light regarding a shooting that killed one person and injured two others at a senior living facility in Vancouver.  Police say 80-year-old Robert Breck shot and killed 75-year-old Leon Tunstall in the lobby of the Smith Tower Thursday afternoon because of an ongoing feud over a caretaker there.  The medical examiner's office says Tunstall died from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.  Breck also shot and injured 73-year-old Enelia Montoya and 44-year-old Shawna L. Garis.  Breck is charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of first-degree attempted murder.
