(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspected drug dealer.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers were patrolling near Holladay Park Saturday night when they pulled over Noah Goldman and found meth inside his vehicle.  Police arrested him and found more meth on his person along with some heroin, cash and two guns.  He's facing several charges including delivering drugs near a school and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
