(Keizer, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to people in the parking lot of a grocery store in Keizer.  Police say they arrested 21-year-old Lizandro Garcia-Guzman last week for the incident Wednesday morning at a Safeway on River Road North.  Witnesses tell police he was standing outside his black Chevrolet Blazer and exposing himself to people passing by.  Police say Garcia-Guzman admitted to responding officers that he had done the same thing two times previously in the same parking lot.
