(Portland, OR)  --  A man is hospitalized in critical condition after crashing his e-scooter while crossing some railroad tracks in northwest Portland.  Police say the 65-year-old man fell yesterday afternoon while crossing the tracks near Naito Parkway and Northwest 9th Avenue.  A witness flagged down a nearby officer after finding the man unconscious and not breathing.  Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
