(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is being named the best food city in the nation.  A new report from WalletHub on the best and cheapest local food scenes in the U.S. ranks Portland first out of more than 180 of the country's largest cities.  The study considered more than 30 factors, including accessibility of high-quality restaurants and wineries and craft breweries per capita.  New York City came in second place and Miami, Florida came in third.  Seattle, Washington also made the top ten at eighth place.
