(Vancouver, WA) -- An 80-year-old man charged in a shooting that killed one person and injured two others at a senior living facility in Vancouver will remain behind bars until the start of his trial. A judge ruled yesterday that Robert Breck will remain in custody because he's a danger to others. Breck pleaded not guilty yesterday to one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder. Police say Breck shot and killed 75-year-old Leon Tunstall in the lobby of the Smith Tower last week because of an ongoing feud over a caretaker there. Breck also allegedly shot and injured 73-year-old Enelia Montoya and 44-year-old Shawna L. Garis.
