(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 10-year-old boy is dead after being hit by a car while riding his bicycle to school in Vancouver, Washington.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says the Illahee Elementary student was riding near Northeast 9th Street and 167th Avenue yesterday morning when he failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by an oncoming car.  Police say the driver of the car was taking his own child to school when the crash happened.  The driver is not facing any charges at this point.
