(Portland, OR)  --  A vigil is planned tonight for a missing University of Portland student.  Owen Klinger was last seen Sunday evening leaving his dormitory.  Friends and family members say it's unusual for him to go more than 24 hours without contacting someone.  Students will hold a prayer vigil at 8:30 tonight at the on-campus Chapel of Christ the Teacher.
