(Eugene, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a man's body in Eugene.  The Lane County Sheriff's Office says deputies found the body near the River Road area yesterday morning after responding to the area on reports of a fight.  Police say two other people believed to be involved in the fight were hospitalized.  It's not yet clear what led to the altercation or how the victim died.
