(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly throwing rocks at police cars.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 27-year-old Nathan Prime for the incident Saturday afternoon.  Police say Prime walked into the bureau's north precinct parking lot and confronted officers there before throwing large rocks at parked police cruisers.  He then allegedly fled on foot, leading officers to chase him down and tackle him.  Police arrested him on multiple charges including criminal mischief.
