(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a Portland man who was killed in a hunting accident in Columbia County.  The Columbia County Sheriff's office says 63-year-old Martin Fox died after being shot Saturday morning.  Police say members of his hunting group performed CPR on him while waiting for first-responders, but he died at the scene.  Investigators say foul play is not suspected.
