(Portland, OR)  --  Mayor Ted Wheeler is officially running for re-election.  Wheeler kicked off his re-election campaign last night at Uncorked Studios in southeast Portland.  If re-elected, Wheeler would become the first Portland mayor to win a second term since Mayor Vera Katz, who left office in 2005 after serving three terms.
