(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was found dead during a welfare check in north Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 65-year-old Ricky Malone died from a gunshot wound.  Police found Malone suffering from the injury Monday morning in an area on North Mohawk Avenue.  Police are investigating his death as a homicide.
