(Portland, OR)  --  Nearly a hundred homeless people died on the streets in Multnomah County last year.  That's according to the Multnomah County Health Department, which released its annual Domicile Unknown report on Wednesday.  The report shows 92 homeless individuals died in the county in 2018.  The leading cause of death was drug and alcohol abuse, with meth leading to 27 of the deaths.
