(Lebanon, OR)  --  A Lebanon man is accused of sexually abusing a child.  The Lebanon Police Department says officers arrested 18-year-old Elijah Nathaniel Baker at his home Tuesday for the abuse of a girl under the age of 12-years-old.  Police say they began investigating Baker after receiving a report that he'd had inappropriate contact with a child via electronic communication.  He's facing four counts of first-degree sex abuse as well as one count of first-degree sodomy and one count of using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct.  Police are looking into whether there are additional victims.
