(Portland, OR)  --  Blake Shelton is coming to Portland, and he's bringing some friends.  The country star will visit Portland on February 13th to kick off his Friends & Heroes 2020 Tour.  The tour features Trace Adkins, the Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Lauren Alaina.
