(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Film Festival is underway.  It's being held at the Hi-Lo Hotel in downtown Portland.  The event runs all weekend and features workshops as well as screenings of documentaries, shorts, and new films.  Awards will be given out on Sunday, including Director's Award, Audience Award Winner for Short & Feature, Best Documentary, and Best Narrative.
