(Portland, OR)  --  Dozens of AT&T customers in Oregon are suing.  An attorney in Portland organized the class action lawsuit against AT&T over a billing surcharge.  This comes after the company billed Portland customers for the city's Clean Energy Fund in monthly bills.  The tax is not supposed to apply to utilities, which cell phone companies are considered.  The suit seeks to collect funds for those who have not yet been reimbursed by AT&T.
