(Portland, OR)  --  A motorcyclist is dead after a crash on North Going Street.  Police say the motorcycle collided with a semi shortly after 5 yesterday morning.  Going had to be shut down in both directions while first responders were on scene.  The Portland Police Bureau's Major Crash Team is still investigating.
