(Portland, OR)  --  An autopsy report has been released for the 31-year-old shot by Portland police.  It shows Lane Christopher Martin had methamphetamine in his system and nine gunshot wounds from the July 30th incident.  Police reports say Officer Gary Doran fired 11 times at Martin at an apartment complex.  Doran faces no criminal wrongdoing, as determined by a grand jury on Monday, but Martin's family is suing the city and Portland police for alleged excessive force.
