(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Zoo is adopting 20 endangered baby turtles.  The hatchling turtles are vulnerable to predators, so zoo officials are keeping them safe until they're big enough to go back to the pond.  The baby western pond turtles were collected from the Columbia Gorge last week and are now in the zoo's conservation lab in Portland.  Visitors can see them at the Nature's Exploration Station.
