(Portland, OR)  --  A 15-year-old is facing charges of DUII, felony hit-and-run, and reckless driving.  Portland officials say the teen was involved in two crashes involving four vehicles.  One person was seriously hurt in one of the crashes.  The teen was arrested and taken to the Multnomah County Juvenile Detention facility.
