(Government Camp, OR)  --  Timberline's ski lifts are closed until later this season.  Pucci and Bruno's lifts did open for skiing and snowboarding yesterday for five hours.  Lodge officials said there were unmarked hazards and active machinery, causing some trail closures.  Timberline's brief opening was considered a preview day, and came as winter driving conditions made it take a little extra time to get there.
