(Portland, OR)  --  Portland firefighters are prepared for possible evacuations thanks to a yearly training.  Crews were at the Portland Aerial tram yesterday.  They teamed up with the Oregon Health & Science University to lower employees 100 feet to the ground.  Those employees were posing as trapped tram passengers to provide the practice needed for the rescue team.
