(Portland, OR)  --  Renovations at the Oregon Convention Center are complete.  The Metro Council in Portland unveiled the building yesterday after over a year of construction.  Metro officials say the 40-million dollar renovation is important as Portland gets more and more visitors.  The center's ceiling is now a topographic map of the Cascade Mountain Range, and the carpet is meant to resemble lichen.
