(Portland, OR)  --  A Chinese man will spend three years behind bars for an iPhone scam.  Quan Jiang was sentenced yesterday after being convicted for trafficking fake and altered iPhones.  Court documents say he sold about three-thousand of them in a two-year time period.  Jian pleaded guilty.
