(Portland, OR)  --  TriMet is adding nine new fare inspectors.  It's part of an effort to make sure everyone is paying to use TriMet buses and trains in Portland.  The inspectors will use a handheld device to check people's tickets.  TriMet says around 18 percent of riders aren't paying their fares.
