(Portland, OR)  --  The parents of a missing University of Portland student think a body found in the Willamette River is Owen Klinger.  They released a statement yesterday, saying the body was recovered near the St. Johns Bridge on Sunday.  Klinger had been missing since October 6th.  The medical examiner has not yet confirmed the identity of the body.
