(Longview, WA)  --  An eleven-year-old southwestern Washington child is escaping charges in connection to an alleged "kill list."  A judge in Longview ruled Tuesday that the Cascade Middle School student would not be charged in the case.  Police arrested the child Monday on six counts of felony harassment after he allegedly put together a list of people he wanted to kill.
