(Portland, OR)  --  Police are offering a cash reward for information on a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a man in Portland last month.  The Portland Police Department says the driver crashed into a mo-ped rider near the intersection of Northeast 9th and Broadway on September 21st and then continued on their way.  The suspect car is described as a red Toyota Camry with possible front end damage.
