(Albany, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into an officer-involved deadly force incident involving a Taser in Albany.  The Oregon State Police says the incident happened yesterday morning while officers were making contact with a stranded driver.  Police say one of the officers used a Taser on the driver after the man initiated a physical altercation.  The driver collapsed and was declared dead at the scene after efforts to revive him failed.
