(Portland, OR)  --  Portland City Council is approving hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants for the city's Cannabis Social Equity Grant Program.  City council members voted yesterday to approve more than 631-thousand dollars in grants.  The program is aimed at assisting people who faced cannabis-related criminal charges before the legalization of recreational marijuana.
