The Hillsboro Police Department says an officer shot and killed 39-year-old Jason Livengood of Camas, Washington on Monday. Police say officers were investigating "suspicious circumstances" involving two vehicles parked between the department's West Precinct and a shopping center next door when they noticed Livengood had a gun.
