(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing a dozen years behind bars after using hidden cameras to secretly record women in employee bathrooms at two different locations.  A judge sentenced 34-year-old Johnny Chan yesterday to 12 years in prison followed by two years of post-prison supervision.  He'll also be required to register as a sex offender.  Chan pleaded guilty to 20 counts of invasion of privacy.  He was charged with 71 counts for secretly recording women in employee bathrooms at Kaiser Permanente in northeast Portland and at a Banana Republic store in Cascade Station.
