(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to a hit and run that left a woman and her 13-month-old son hospitalized.  Police arrested Nikko Samuel Arango Tuesday for the crash back in late May.  He's facing charges of second-degree assault, failure to perform duties of a driver to an injured person, failure to perform duties of a driver when property is damaged and reckless driving.  Police say he crashed into a car being driven by Heather Bartholomew on Southeast 148th Avenue near Southeast Powell Boulevard and then fled the scene.
