(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a missing 18-year-old man.  The Portland Police bureau says Ricco Contreras was last seen Monday evening near Portland Adventist Hospital.  Police say Contreras has been suffering from a mental health crisis and that he's not from the area and could be lost.
