(Newport, OR)  --  The search is over for a teenage boy who went missing nearly three weeks ago.  Family members say 16-year-old Doug Faoa was found safe yesterday in Newport.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's office says he ran away from his foster care home in Oregon City on October 10th, and family members had been searching for him since.
