(Creswell, OR)  --  A Lane County woman is charged with felony second-degree animal neglect for the abuse of dozens of horses on her property.  The Lane County Sheriff's office arrested Gwenyth Davies yesterday.  Police say they've now removed 61 horses from her property outside Creswell due to severe neglect.  Photos show visibly malnourished horses with their ribs exposed.
