(Portland, OR) -- Two teenagers are charged with murder for the shooting death of a man in north Portland. A grand jury indicted 16-year-old Aaron Criswell and 15-year-old Richard Rand yesterday on charges of first- and second-degree murder, among other charges. The teens are being tried as adults for the death of 65-year-old Ricky Malone on October 14th. Police say they "intentionally and knowingly" shot Malone with a 12-gauge shotgun after he refused to give them his car. The teens and a third boy allegedly broke into a home wearing masks just before the shooting, but the residents yelled at them, scaring them off.
