(Portland, OR)  --  A third grade student is recovering after they consumed crack cocaine while in school in Portland.  Administrators at Arleta Elementary School says the student got the drug from another student.  KGW reports that the student who swallowed the crack did so on a dare, believing it was chalk. Portland Police are investigating how the child who brought the drug got a hold of it in the first place.
