(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man shot to death in northeast Portland over the weekend.  The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's office says 47-year-old Thomas Osborn died from homicide by gunshot.  Police say he was shot around 2:00 Saturday morning near Northeast Broadway and 21st Avenue.  He was rushed to a hospital, where he died.  An investigation is ongoing.
