(Lebanon, OR)  --  A Eugene man is facing charges in connection to the sexual abuse of two children under the age of 16.  The Lebanon Police Department says officers arrested 23-year-old Joshua Taylor Moore late last week on one count of first-degree attempted sexual abuse and three counts of third-degree sexual abuse.  Police say he abused a boy and a girl under the age of 16.  Investigators don't believe there are any additional victims.
