(Portland, OR) -- The Estacada School District is mourning the loss of one of its students who died after being hit by a train while taking his senior photos in Troutdale. Police say 17-year-old River Baker was posing for photos near the train tracks at the Historic Columbia River Highway and Graham Road Saturday evening when a Union Pacific train crashed into him. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Estacada School District released a statement on Facebook yesterday saying their thoughts are with Baker's family.
