(Portland, OR)  --  One person is hospitalized after being hit by a car and becoming trapped underneath the vehicle in southeast Portland.  Police say the victim was walking near Southeast 101st Avenue and Division Street last night when the vehicle struck and ran over them.  First responders extricated the victim from beneath the vehicle and rushed them to a hospital with serious injuries.
